Future Tech is seeking an experienced Program Manager to oversee and manage IT procurement-related services for our client, both domestically and internationally. Acting as the primary client interface, this role is responsible for the seamless execution of all contracted services, ensuring exceptional performance across inventory management, SLA attainment, and process improvement.
This is a U.S.-based, full-time remote position. The work hours are Monday - Friday, 8:30a - 5:30p Eastern Time. Our benefit offerings include Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance, 401k with employer match, and PTO.

Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee the performance of IT procurement services, including Warehouse Depot Services, Shipping/Receiving, Imaging, Inventory Management, SLA compliance, and reporting across domestic and global locations.
- Develop and monitor reporting metrics to assess global service performance, using these insights to drive ongoing service enhancements.
- Collaborate with internal service teams to optimize performance and achieve business-critical outcomes.
- Engage with third-party logistics (3PL) providers to ensure adherence to agreed-upon KPI metrics.
- Facilitate regular team meetings to drive alignment and consistency in service delivery.
- Conduct weekly and monthly client meetings to review service performance, address concerns, and explore new service opportunities.
- Ensure sufficient inventory levels to meet client demand and maintain accurate inventory reporting.
- Take ownership of escalated client issues, resolving them promptly and creating root cause analyses (RCA) with corrective action plans (CAP) as needed.
- Proactively escalate issues beyond Future Tech's responsibility to the client as appropriate.
- 3-5 years of experience in IT Service Delivery or IT Managed Services.
- Proven experience with Service Level Management, reporting, and trend analysis.
- Proficient in MS Excel and skilled in continuous improvement practices.
- Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor, with a focus on client satisfaction and success.
- Strong organizational skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple service offerings effectively.
- Experience with process implementation, documentation, and improvement.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
