We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect with deep expertise across the ServiceNow platform and proven experience implementing ServiceBridge integrations between ServiceNow instances. This role will be responsible for designing, configuring, and implementing scalable ServiceNow architectures that enable seamless collaboration, fulfillment, and data exchange across multiple organizations and ServiceNow environments.

The ideal candidate combines strategic architectural thinking with hands-on platform configuration and integration expertise, and has a track record of successfully implementing ServiceNow solutions that support cross-company service delivery, asset management, and operational workflows.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and maintain the overall ServiceNow platform architecture including integration strategies, data models, and governance.
  • Architect scalable solutions leveraging ServiceNow modules including ITSM, HAM/SAM, CMDB, IntegrationHub, Flow Designer, and ServiceBridge.
  • Provide architectural guidance for multi-instance ServiceNow environments across internal and partner organizations.
  • Establish best practices for instance-to-instance integrations, data exchange, and workflow orchestration.
  • Lead the design and deployment of ServiceNow ServiceBridge solutions connecting internal and external ServiceNow instances.
  • Design secure and scalable provider/consumer ServiceBridge architectures.
  • Implement cross-instance service catalogs, request fulfillment workflows, and ticket synchronization.
  • Configure ServiceBridge for partner organizations, vendors, and service providers.
  • Troubleshoot and optimize ServiceBridge integrations to ensure reliability, performance, and security.
  • Perform hands-on configuration using Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Business Rules, Script Includes, Service Catalog, and Workflows.
  • Configure and maintain CMDB data structures and service mapping.
  • Develop and maintain API integrations and data exchange processes.
  • Implement automation and orchestration for service fulfillment.
  • Design and implement integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub spokes, MID Server architecture, and ServiceBridge.
  • Support integration of ServiceNow with external enterprise systems such as ERP, asset management systems, and partner platforms.
  • Ensure integration patterns align with enterprise architecture and security requirements.
  • Establish standards for ServiceNow configuration, integration development, instance governance, and data quality within the CMDB.
  • Support platform lifecycle management including upgrades, patching, and technical debt reduction.
  • Document architecture decisions and integration frameworks.
  • Work closely with Enterprise Architects, IT Operations, Security and Compliance teams, business stakeholders, and external partner organizations.
  • Lead architecture workshops and design reviews.
Required Qualifications

Experience
  • 5+ years of ServiceNow platform experience
  • 3+ years in a ServiceNow Architect or Senior Technical Lead role
  • Demonstrated experience implementing ServiceNow ServiceBridge integrations
  • Proven success integrating multiple ServiceNow instances across organizations
  • Experience with ITSM implementations and enterprise service management
  • Deep expertise with ServiceNow platform architecture, CMDB design and service mapping, IntegrationHub, Flow Designer, Service Catalog, and Business Rules/scripting
  • Strong experience with REST/SOAP integrations, MID Server architecture, and instance-to-instance integrations
  • Knowledge of security and data governance best practices
ServiceNow Modules Experience
Experience with several of the following preferred:
  • IT Service Management (ITSM)
  • Hardware Asset Management (HAM)
  • Software Asset Management (SAM)
  • CMDB
  • IntegrationHub
  • ServiceBridge
  • Flow Designer
  • Service Portal / UI Builder

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience integrating ServiceNow with partner organizations or external service providers
  • Experience supporting enterprise asset management environments
  • Familiarity with ERP integrations (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
  • Experience supporting regulated environments such as CMMC, ISO27001, or other compliance frameworks
