The Digital Systems Integration & Analytics Lead is a senior technical role responsible for unifying enterprise data flows, integrating core business systems (ServiceNow, ERP, CRM, etc.), and delivering advanced analytics across the organization. This role ensures that data is accurate, connected, and actionable, enabling both operational reporting and strategic insights. By owning integrations and leading analytics initiatives, this position plays a critical role in standardizing KPIs, improving efficiency, and supporting both internal and customer-facing reporting needs.

This is a full-time, U.S.-based, Remote position. Benefits offered include Medical, Dental and Vision insurance, 401k with company match, and PTO. The work schedule is Monday- Friday, 8:30a -5:30p Eastern time. 

 

Key Responsibilities

Systems Integration Leadership
  • Lead ServiceNow integration initiatives with customer ServiceNow instances, internal ERP, and other enterprise systems.
  • Design, implement, and manage data pipelines to ensure seamless data flows across platforms.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for integration design, troubleshooting, and optimization.
  • Establish best practices for system integrations, data mapping, and governance.
Operational Reporting & ServiceNow Analytics
  • Configure ServiceNow tables, fields, and workflows to enable reliable operational reporting.
  • Build and maintain ServiceNow dashboards and reports for day-to-day needs (orders, returns, inventory, SLA tracking).
  • Partner with ServiceNow Queue Managers to ensure clean, accurate data for downstream analytics.
Enterprise Analytics & Business Intelligence
  • Develop and maintain PowerBI dashboards for executives, Program Managers, and support customer QBR/PMR reports.
  • Standardize KPIs across programs and business functions, ensuring consistent and comparable metrics.
  • Deliver trend, forecasting, and predictive analytics to support proactive decision-making.
  • Translate complex business requirements into scalable, automated reporting solutions.
Cross-Departmental Process Improvement
  • Support Finance, Operations, and Program Management with cross-functional reporting solutions (financial forecasting, cost avoidance, efficiency tracking).
  • Identify process bottlenecks through data analysis and recommend solutions to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership, providing insights that shape business strategy.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
  • Advanced proficiency with ServiceNow configuration, reporting, and data modeling.
  • Proven track record leading enterprise system integrations (ServiceNow required; ERP/CRM experience preferred).
  • Strong technical skills in Power BI, SQL, and Excel.
  • Experience with API design, data transformation, and cross-platform workflows.
  • Deep understanding of ITSM, asset lifecycle management, and PCaaS processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to standardize KPIs, build executive dashboards, and deliver actionable analytics.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to bridge business and technical stakeholders.
