Temporary Administrative Support
We are seeking a temporary team member to assist with administrative tasks related to our Learning Management System (Talent LMS). This role requires someone proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage a variety of support responsibilities.
This is a temporary / hybrid position, with a requirement to work on-site in Holbrook, NY, for training and meetings. The work hours are Monday-Friday from 8:30a - 5:30p
Responsibilities:
- Assist with setting up courses in the Talent LMS platform
- Follow up on assigned courses and notify managers of incomplete employee training
- Convert content outlines into clear and professional Microsoft PowerPoint presentations
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint
- Ability to quickly learn the administrative side of Talent LMS (prior experience a plus, but not required)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- A self-starter with a proactive, “go-getter” attitude
