The Global Account Manager (GAM) is a senior, customer‑facing leader responsible for overall ownership of strategic global accounts. This role focuses on driving long‑term revenue growth, building trusted executive relationships, and orchestrating a cross‑functional team to deliver measurable business value and mission success for our customers.

The GAM acts as the single point of accountability for the customer relationship, aligning Future Tech’s solutions, services, and ecosystem partners to customer priorities while ensuring consistent execution globally.

This is a U.S.-based remote position. The work hours are from 8:30a - 5:30p. Eastern time. Our benefit offerings include Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance, 401k with Compnay match and PTO.

This position involves working on client accounts that require U.S. Citizenship. This includes both on-site visits to secure locations and remote work related to those accounts.


Key Responsibilities
Customer & Relationship Leadership
  • Own and strengthen executive‑level relationships across assigned global accounts, serving as a trusted advisor to customer leadership.
  • Develop deep understanding of customer missions, business drivers, and technology roadmaps.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and expansion through proactive engagement and value realization.
Growth & Strategy
  • Create and execute multi‑year global account strategies and growth plans aligned to customer objectives and Future Tech priorities.
  • Identify, qualify, and close new opportunities across hardware, software, services, and managed solutions.
  • Drive account planning, pipeline management, forecasting accuracy, and revenue performance.
Ecosystem & Partnerships
  • Leverage Future Tech’s partner ecosystem to deliver differentiated solutions and incremental business value.
  • Build and manage strategic relationships with technology partners to support joint solutions and go‑to‑market initiatives.
  • Align partner capabilities with customer needs to accelerate outcomes and expand wallet share.
Team Leadership & Orchestration
  • Lead and coordinate a virtual account team including pre-sales engineering, inside sales, and program delivery resources.
  • Set clear direction, priorities, and accountability across the account team to ensure cohesive execution.
  • Collaborate closely with delivery and program teams to ensure successful implementation and ongoing customer success.
Governance & Execution
  • Act as the overall point of accountability for contract performance, renewals, and commercial terms.
  • Ensure alignment across sales, delivery, and operations to meet commitments and manage risk.
  • Communicate account status, risks, and opportunities to internal stakeholders and executive leadership.
Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of technology sales experience, with a proven track record managing large, complex, or global accounts.
  • This position involves working on client accounts that require U.S. Citizenship. This includes both on-site visits to secure locations and remote work related to those accounts.
  • Demonstrated success driving revenue growth and expanding strategic customer relationships.
  • Experience leading cross‑functional, matrixed teams without direct authority.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to engage C‑suite and senior customer stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise technology solutions and services.

Education
