Are you an experienced Project Manager who excels at leading cross-functional teams and adapting to shifting project demands? We are seeking a skilled professional to oversee projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they stay on track, within budget, and aligned with business objectives. In this role, you will drive project success by managing resources, mitigating risks, and keeping stakeholders informed every step of the way.

This is U.S. U.S.-based remote position. Work hours are Monday- Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Eastern Time. Our benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401k with company match, and PTO.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Project Initiation
    • Define clear project objectives and align them with organizational goals.
    • Develop a project charter outlining the scope, objectives, stakeholders, and key requirements.
    • Identify and engage stakeholders to gather requirements and expectations.
  2. Project Planning
    • Create a comprehensive project plan covering scope, schedule, budget, and risk management.
    • Develop detailed project schedules with milestones and dependencies.
    • Estimate costs, allocate resources, and ensure financial tracking.
  3. Project Execution
    • Lead and motivate project teams to achieve objectives.
    • Coordinate activities, ensuring smooth collaboration across teams.
    • Monitor progress, address deviations, and resolve roadblocks.
  4. Project Monitoring & Controlling
    • Track performance using key metrics and KPIs.
    • Manage scope changes, schedule adjustments, and risk mitigation.
    • Implement change control processes and ensure stakeholder alignment.
  5. Project Closure
    • Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and obtain formal acceptance.
    • Conduct final project reviews, gather feedback, and document lessons learned.
    • Complete and archive project documentation for compliance and future reference.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of project management experience, with a track record of leading successful projects.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to lead teams, make decisions, and resolve conflicts.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder and team interactions.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and resources.
  • Problem-Solving: Critical thinking skills to identify issues and implement effective solutions.
  • Risk Management: Expertise in assessing and mitigating project risks.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
Preferred Attributes
  • Experience in the Information Technology industry.
  • Six Sigma training and PMP certification.
