Future Tech has a job opportunity for an IT Asset Services Lead. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the performance and team of the international Information Technology Asset program for one of our Global Fortune 500 clients.

This is a Hybrid position in Santa Catarina, Nuevo Leon, Mexico. The work hours are 8:30a - 5:30p Eastern Standard Time.

Responsibilities
- Perform daily and long-term operational and strategic management of hardware, inventory and tracking leveraging the ServiceNow IT Asset Management module
- Manage and control IT Asset levels for end-user computing equipment to meet client’s international requirements.
- Collaborate with Global IT Asset Management (ITAM) and Procurement Teams to enhance customer satisfaction, foster profitable relationships, and drive sales growth
- Collaborate with customers (both IT and outside IT) to gather business and functional requirements, map existing processes, and assist with process re-design
- Manage various responsibilities, including operational process improvement, addressing global supply chain challenges, ensuring on-time deliveries, forecasting, business analysis, contract reviews, and change management.
- Develop, construct, and communicate asset management policies and procedures covering all aspects of usage to ensure compliance.
- Furnish information on purchase order status and metrics on vendor performance.
- Resolve challenges with global vendors and expedite delayed orders.
- Contribute as a subject matter expert in large projects and lead small projects within the asset management discipline.
- Utilize various ERP databases and ordering portals to perform data entry, monitoring and tracking all phases of quotes, purchase orders and order fulfillment.
- Generate and analyze daily high-volume data reports using advanced Excel reporting tools.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Management of Information Systems, or related business discipline(s).
- Possess IAITAM Certification, such as CHAMP, CSAM, and CITAM
- Excellent English communication, written and verbal.
- 5+ years of experience in IT or IT Asset Management or IT Procurement
- Demonstrate a robust and comprehensive understanding with 3-5 years of hands-on experience in implementing and working with the ITIL framework (ITIL v3 certification is a plus)
- Possess 3+ years of solid experience with ServiceNow, showcasing expertise in overall navigation, group management, report creation, ticket management, and continuous development.
- Showcase substantial experience in utilizing ITAM, Discovery, and CMDB software tools for managing both end-user assets and data center/cloud assets.
- Illustrate a clear understanding of ITIL concepts and principles.
- Possess knowledge of software licensing agreements, particularly those involving Microsoft, IBM, and Oracle.
- Proficient in Asset data modeling, schema and classes
- Demonstrate the capability to develop and document new processes, RACI matrices, and workflows using tools such as MS Visio or equivalent, to support changes in Configuration Management processes and procedures.
- Sound working knowledge with MS suite of products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
- Can marshal resources (people, funding, material, support) effectively to achieve objectives.
