Future Tech Enterprise is seeking an experienced Vendor and Fulfillment Manager to oversee vendor relationships and manage the end-to-end fulfillment process—from purchase order through to final delivery to the client. This role is critical to ensuring timely, accurate, and efficient delivery of IT products and services domestically and internationally.

You’ll be responsible for developing and executing strategies to streamline fulfillment, strengthen vendor performance, and support scalable operations. As a key contributor and emerging leader within the team, you’ll help drive efficiency, cost control, and continuous improvement across the procurement and fulfillment functions.

This is a remote position based in the US. The work hours are M-F, 8:30 a.m.—5:30 p.m. Eastern time.  Our company benefits include Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance, 401k with company match and Paid time off. 

Key Responsibilities:

Vendor Relationships
  • Build and maintain strong, productive relationships with key OEM vendors and suppliers.
  • Proactively resolve vendor-related issues and lead initiatives that improve vendor performance and reliability.
  • Partner with vendors to support long-term business goals, ensuring alignment on pricing, availability, and service standards.
Fulfillment Operations
  • Oversee day-to-day fulfillment activities in coordination with purchasing and inventory teams.
  • Ensure accurate tracking and timely delivery of client orders from purchase through final shipment.
  • Become proficient in internal ERP and procurement systems to maintain fulfillment accuracy and visibility.
  • Monitor open orders and help resolve fulfillment delays or discrepancies.
  • Work closely with the Director of Global Logistics to ensure compliance with international trade regulations and internal policies.
Strategic Fulfillment & Vendor Management
  • Develop and execute fulfillment and vendor strategies that support overall company objectives.
  • Identify and act on opportunities to reduce costs, improve operational efficiency, and enhance the client experience.
Leadership & Process Improvement
  • Support the development and continual improvement of training materials and internal procedures.
  • Foster a collaborative, solutions-oriented team culture.
  • Set clear expectations and provide ongoing feedback to support team development.
  • Collaborate with Quality Management to ensure annual audit requirements are met.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in vendor management, supply chain, or project management, including at least 3 years in a leadership or management role.
  • Proven ability to build and manage vendor relationships and drive strategic initiatives that improve fulfillment and operational performance.
  • Experience working with international teams across multiple time zones, with strong cross-cultural communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative, solutions-oriented approach.
  • Exceptional leadership and team-building abilities, with a track record of motivating teams and driving results.
  • Highly organized and results-driven, with the ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, with a hands-on approach to addressing challenges.
  • Proficiency in procurement systems, ERP tools, and related technologies.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Project Management, Finance, or a related field.
  • High level of integrity, accountability, and ethical standards.
  • Preferred: Experience working in an international IT value-added reseller (VAR) environment.
