We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to manage complex software development initiatives spanning ERP platforms and cross-company integrations with our clients via ServiceNow Service Bridge. This role requires a strong background in Agile delivery—particularly Scrum—combined with deep experience managing enterprise-scale programs and integration efforts involving ServiceNow.

The ideal candidate brings strategic leadership, hands-on execution, and the ability to drive alignment across technical, business, and third-party stakeholders.

This is a full time on-site position, based out of our Fort Lauderdale Headquarters. The work hours are Monday- Friday, 8:30a -5:30p. Our benefit offerings include Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance, 401k with company match and PTO.

This role has responsibilities that include working with secure information provided by a government contractor; therefore, U.S. citizenship is required. 

 

Key Responsibilities

Program & Project Leadership
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of software development projects across multiple platforms (e.g., VAI S2k, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.).
  • Manage large-scale, cross-functional integration initiatives involving internal teams, customer teams and external partner organizations.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, roadmaps, and governance structures aligned with strategic business objectives.
  • Oversee scope, schedule, budget, risk, and resource management across concurrent initiatives.
Agile & Scrum Delivery
  • Develop and execute delivery plans leveraging Agile Scrum methodologies.
  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives).
  • Partner with Product Owners to maintain and prioritize product backlogs.
  • Track and report sprint progress, velocity, and delivery metrics.
  • Ensure adherence to Agile best practices and continuous improvement principles.
  • Manage Scrum stories and epics within ServiceNow Agile or related modules.
ServiceNow Integration & Story Management
  • Lead ServiceNow integration projects, including integrations with Future Tech internal platforms and third-party systems.
  • Coordinate closely with ServiceNow developers, architects, and platform administrators.
  • Ensure user stories are well-defined, traceable, and aligned to business value.
Stakeholder & Vendor Management
  • Engage executive stakeholders and provide regular status reporting and risk communication.
  • Manage third-party vendors and integration partners.
  • Facilitate cross-company alignment on requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Drive issue resolution and remove delivery roadblocks.
Risk & Quality Management
  • Proactively identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Implement quality assurance checkpoints throughout the SDLC.
  • Ensure compliance with enterprise governance and security standards including ISO27001 and CMMC

Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of project management experience in enterprise software development.
  • Proven track record managing multi-platform ERP initiatives and cross-company integrations.
  • Strong experience delivering projects using Agile Scrum methodologies.
  • Experience leading ServiceNow integration projects.
  • Hands-on experience managing Scrum stories and Agile boards within ServiceNow.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and distributed teams.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and executive presentation skills.
  • This role has responsibilities that include working with secure information provided by a government contractor; therefore, U.S. citizenship is required.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Scrum certifications such as:
    • Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)
    • PMI-ACP
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification.
  • Experience working in highly regulated or enterprise environments (aerospace, manufacturing, healthcare)
  • Technical background in software engineering, systems integration, or enterprise architecture.
